Refund Policy

Because our product is digital and delivered instantly, all purchases made through Globerly are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will not be granted for duplicate or accidental orders once services have been provisioned. It is the customer’s responsibility to review their order before payment. All delivered services are considered final and non-refundable.
  • Please note that we do not offer refunds in cases where the customer is unable to use the service due to personal technical issues, including but not limited to device malfunctions, compatibility problems, or loss/damage of the device.
    The service is delivered digitally and constitutes a non-tangible, irrevocable good, and is therefore not subject to cancellation or refund under standard consumer protection laws related to physical goods.

No Refunds for the Following:

  • Accidental purchases
  • Change of travel plans
  • Incompatibility with your device
  • Unused data or expired plans
  • Duplicate orders

We do not accept cancellations or returns once the eSIM QR code has been issued.

Valid Refund Scenarios:

We only consider refunds under these strict conditions:

  1. The eSIM cannot be activated due to a verified technical fault from our system
  2. You have not used any data and notify us within 48 hours of purchase
  3. Our support team has attempted and failed to resolve the issue

Important Notes Before Purchase:

  • Ensure your device is eSIM compatible and unlocked
  • Carefully select the correct plan and destination
  • Double-check your email before completing checkout
