2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent to purchase and use our services. You are solely responsible for ensuring your device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked before making a purchase.
3. Service Use
By using Globerly, you agree to:
- Use our eSIMs for lawful purposes only
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer or resell the eSIM
- Not misuse, manipulate, or abuse our services or systems
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in fraudulent or suspicious activities.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in the selected currency at checkout. Payment is due at the time of order. All transactions are processed securely via third-party payment processors. Globerly does not store your full payment information.
5. Delivery & Activation
Globerly eSIMs are delivered via email immediately after successful payment. It is your responsibility to follow the setup instructions and activate the eSIM on a compatible device.
6. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our product, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for accidental purchases, device incompatibility, unused data, or travel plan changes. The only exception is for verifiable technical faults caused by our system. See our Refund Policy for more.
7. Liability Limitation
Globerly is not responsible for:
- Network quality, speed, or coverage variations
- Service interruptions caused by local carriers
- Device issues or installation errors on your end
Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected eSIM product.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately once posted on this page. Continued use of our services implies your acceptance of the latest version.
9. Governing Law
